I was the youngest transmission controller for a local Hospital Radio station, at the age of 16. I began my professional career in 1975 in BBC Radio. I spent a short time at Granada TV in Manchester, working on programmes like "Coronation Street" - when Ena Sharples and Elsie Tanner were still in residence! In 1982 I moved to London in search of location sound work, and joined OB Video which in turn was bought out by the legendary AKA Film Services. I've been freelance since 1987. |

| My career in sound has had a number of highlights, most notably working with the famous photographer Terence Donovan for about 12 years. | |||||||
